Kabelo is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with considerable commercial legal experience spanning manufacturing, central banking, FMCG, sales and marketing, metals processing and of late, mobile financial services legal practice. My academic qualifications are LLB (University of Limpopo), Certificate in Energy Law (Wits University), Post Graduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts (University of Johannesburg), Certificate in Competition Law (University of Pretoria) and a Certificate in Drafting of Legislation (University of Pretoria).
Kabelo has previously served on the Board and Operating Committee of the erstwhile CLASA, as a member of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) CSI Committee, and as an alternative for the SARB General Counsel on the Board of SA Mint Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of SARB).
