Primerio

In 2014, the concept of Primerio was born. Two years later, Primerio, the first Pan-African boutique competition law firm, commenced trading. With a team of experienced competition law practitioners, former regulators and economists on board, Primerio offers first class competition and antitrust counsel to clients across the African continent.

With the growth of Primerio, as well as our clients’ requirements for an African wide offering, Primerio’s services and jurisdictional reach expanded considerably.

In 2021, Primerio decided to open a dedicated South African office from which Primerio is operationally headquartered.

From our regional hubs in South Africa, Mauritius and Kenya, Primerio is well poised to advise clients across several key African jurisdictions.
